Wealth Creation……an Element of Self Development

We all have what we might call moments of delusion where we see ourselves as leading that lifestyle of the rich and famous…. the jetsetter! Than we come back to earth and realise that there are bills to pay, and life to get on with.

What a lot of us do not realise is that very thought, that dream, that particular mind set is exactly where we need to be if we are to accumulate a life of abundance.

The Law of Attraction is very clear on the fact that the more we give focus to, the more of what we are focused on will be attracted into our lives.

Ask yourself the question…..are you focused on what you do not have in your life! Or are you focused on what life feels like with all the dreams fulfilled.

It’s not a question of not having, money, happiness, love and all the other elements you would like in your life. But Being it, Having it, Doing it.

Be, Do, Have mentality

It is this BE, DO, HAVE mindset that will help deliver all your dreams. The trick is (and this is where the Self Development comes in)

Not giving thought to how are you going to pay those bills, not where are you going to find the money to take that dream holiday.

Give your focus over to living it. The more of what you focus your thoughts on the more of that you will attract!

No easy matter I know, but it will always remain difficult if you do not practice it. Create in yourself moments where you clearly see yourself driving your dream car, living your dream lifestyle, taking that 1^st class world trip, and than listen to your emotions while you do this! Feeling good about those dreams means you are connected to the universal source, the universal powers of creation that will bring this all to you.

We all came into this world with the power to create the life we want, however, life, society, the education system and many other factors, have seen us distracted from this power, inherent in all of us.

Employee Mentality

As stated by Robert Kiyosaki, in his book ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’ we have been educated with an employee mentality. That is we leave school, get a job, work hard at that for a wage for many, many years, whilst trying to raise a family and than retire. In short we have not been schooled in Wealth Creation. This is something we need to do for ourselves. To break that mindset, to know that we can have it, and that it is all out there for the asking. We just need to reach out and accept it!

In short working on getting rid of the negativity in our thought processes. Whenever a thought comes into your head that generates a negative emotion throw it out replace it with a thought that feels good! After all there is nothing better than a life spent feeling good, and we all have the power to DO that, BE that, HAVE that, so there you have it JUST FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF!

Here’s a Little Game I Play

Find yourself an old check book from a closed account, or you could use a Word file on the computer, personally I use an Xcel spreadsheet.

Now, with this imaginary account on the first day deposit $1,000.00 and than go about spending it. You can spend it on anything you choose cloths, paying bills, an extra slice off the mortgage, anything you choose. Than continue to make deposits in the following manner:

Day 2: Deposit $2,000.00

Day 3: Deposit $3,000.00

Day 4: Deposit $4,000.00

When you reach day 30 deposit $30,000.00, day 300, $300,000.00 and so on.

And each time you make a deposit spend it, that day. Be descriptive in the memo section of this account, like Memebership to the Mountain Health Spa, or Cash transfer to Williams Maserati dealership!

If you play this game everyday for 12 months you will find you have deposited $66 million. You can’ imagine how much fun it is to spend that amount of money. The key here is it strengthens your ability to imagine, and the real benefit is you are giving power to your thoughts of creativity and desire, and the more you give those thoughts power the more the Law of Attraction will respond.
